Didier Tranchier
President - Consultant

An alumnus of the École Polytechnique and the École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris, Didier Tranchier holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the INRIA in Rennes and a MBA from Columbia University. He assumed various senior executive positions at France Télécom, Beijaflore and Avaya for more than 10 years, which gave him the opportunity, among others, to acquire valuable experience at an international level (Hong Kong, New York, North Africa). After creating his own start-up, Easyglider, Didier Tranchier founded Adelit in 2004, in order to promote innovation and value creation in the IT field. A founding member of IT @ngels, Synnov and the Club des Entrepreneurs Français des Télécoms, he now acts as a coach to a number of start-up companies, and is a member of the Investment Committee at Scientipôle Initiative.
Stéphane Lubiarz Partner - Consultant
An engineer educated at the Institut Supérieur d'Électronique de Paris, Stéphane Lubiarz holds a Mastère Spécialisé from the École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications and a MBA from HEC. He has acquired more than 15 years of experience in the R&D and Business Development fields (Matra, Nortel), in France and abroad, especially in Russia. Stéphane Lubiarz's main filed of expertise lies with creating European R&D consortia and obtaining public help and funding for innovative start-up companies; he currently acts as a coach to more than 15 seed-stage start-ups. Stéphane Lubiarz is a founding member of IT @ngels and serves as a Secretary to the association.
Julie Robles
Consultant

An alumna of Télécom SudParis in Évry, Julie Robles holds an Engineering Degree with a major in Innovation Management & International Project Engineering. She has work experience both in start-ups (MonExTel) and great companies (Orange), in France and abroad (Taïwan, Delhi). Julie Robles' main focuses lie with strategy consulting and obtaining public help and funding for seed-stage companies.
Catherine Tranchier
Partner - Finance, Legal & HR

A lawyer with a MA in public law from Nanterre University and a Master's Degree in international tax law from Assas University, Catherine Tranchier acts as a legal advisor to a number of start-up companies, while being in charge of all financial, legal and HR matters at Adelit. Catherine Tranchier is a founding member of IT @ngels and serves as a Treasurer to the association.
