- Capital raising (BAs, VCs)
Thanks to its capital raising experience, Adelit can help start-ups in search of funding meet the right people, whether they are Business Angels or VCs, depending on the amount of money needed and the company's profile.
- Public help and funding
Once private investors have been found, Adelit can help start-up companies apply for the corresponding public funding (the latter's amount being set according to the shareholder's equity). Adelit's consultants are experts at obtaining public help and funding, whether at national (Scientipôle, Oséo, ANR, FUI) or European level (R&D consortia : Eurostars, ITEA).
- Events and training sessions
Last but not least, Adelit provides event management services to public or semi-public organizations (Pôles de compétitivité, Chambres de Commerce et d'Industrie), in order to give seed-stage companies the opportunity to present their project to private investors and obtain funding:
- Before the event, Adelit coaches the entrepreneurs on a one-to-one basis, during 2 to 4 half days: this makes it easier for the entrepreneurs to anticipate the investors' concerns and questions, to devise a pitch that goes to the point, and to prepare for the due diligence and associate negotiation.
- Alternatively, Adelit offers the entrepreneurs training sessions bringing 6 to 10 people together for a few days, in order to cover all important aspects of the capital raising process: What are the investors' point of view and concerns? What is a good elevator pitch like? How do I set my company's valorization? What about legal matters and intellectual property? How do I manage Communications & PR? and much more...
